110 neonatal and paediatric scoring systems
A library of 110 scoring systems used in paediatric and neonatal practice — 14 neonatal scores and 96 paediatric ones — each presented as a tap-through form that computes the total, names the severity band and states what that band implies. Scores can be browsed by body system or alphabetically, and every one carries the citation for the paper or guideline it comes from.
Neonatal scores include Apgar, Modified Ballard, Downes, Silverman-Anderson, Sarnat, Thompson, LATCH and POFRAS. Paediatric scores are grouped by system and include PEWS, Westley croup, Kawasaki criteria, PECARN, Child-Pugh, PUCAI and DSM-5 screening tools.
The scores are established published instruments and each screen names its source. The app computes and interprets them; it does not modify the underlying criteria.
Yes. The hub has a search box and an A–Z toggle alongside the by-system grouping.
Yes — score definitions are bundled with the app, so they compute without a connection.
